Do I need to book a slot in advance?
For standard gym access, just walk in. Some clubs may require booking for specific classes — you'll see this in the club details.
Is my access really unlimited?
On Premium and Elite plans, yes — unlimited visits to any partner club. Essential plan includes up to 8 visits per month.
Can I use gyms in different cities?
Absolutely. Your pass works at every partner club in every UAE city — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and beyond.
What if a club is full?
Our partner clubs maintain capacity standards. If a club is at capacity, they'll let you know at reception. This is rare.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause for up to 30 days per year from your account dashboard.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account. Your membership remains active until the end of your billing period.
