Terms of Service

By purchasing an Aura membership, you agree to the following terms. Aura provides access to a network of independently operated partner fitness clubs across the UAE. Aura does not own or operate any partner clubs and is not responsible for the facilities, services, or staff of partner locations.

Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. You must present your Aura QR pass upon each visit. Aura reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misuse or violation of partner club rules.

Memberships renew automatically each month. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the next billing date. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Privacy Policy

Aura collects personal information necessary to provide and improve our services. This includes your name, email address, billing information, and usage data (check-in history). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Check-in data is shared with partner clubs solely for verification purposes. We retain your data for as long as your membership is active and for a period of 12 months thereafter.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@aura-uae.com.
